AlphaErec Ingredients, Named
AlphaErec combines ten ingredients: L-arginine, L-citrulline, Panax ginseng, ashwagandha, maca root, horny goat weed, Tribulus terrestris, fenugreek, zinc and vitamin D3.
None have publicly disclosed per-gummy amounts.
1. L-Arginine HCl
An amino acid the body uses to produce nitric oxide, supporting blood-vessel relaxation and circulation. A systematic review found potential benefits from oral arginine for some men with mild-to-moderate erectile dysfunction, generally at doses of 1,500–5,000mg. L-arginine can interact with nitrates, blood pressure medication, sildenafil, blood thinners, diabetes drugs and certain diuretics.
2. L-Citrulline
Converted by the kidneys into L-arginine, potentially maintaining circulating arginine more efficiently than taking arginine alone. The benefit depends heavily on how much citrulline is actually present, which isn't disclosed here.
3. Panax Ginseng
Studied for fatigue, energy and sexual function, with some systematic reviews finding encouraging evidence for erectile-function support, though researchers continue to call for larger, better-controlled trials. Possible side effects include headaches, digestive discomfort, dizziness and insomnia; it may affect blood sugar and blood clotting.
4. Ashwagandha Root
An adaptogenic herb commonly used for stress and sleep support. Certain studies suggest it may support testosterone or reproductive health in specific groups of men, but that doesn't mean it will raise testosterone significantly in every user. People with thyroid, autoimmune, or liver conditions should discuss ashwagandha with a healthcare professional first.
5. Maca Root
Traditionally used to support desire, mood and physical endurance. Preliminary studies suggest it may influence libido independently of testosterone; evidence for treating erectile dysfunction remains limited.
6. Horny Goat Weed
Contains icariin, which has shown biological activity in laboratory and animal research. Strong human evidence is limited.
7. Tribulus Terrestris
Has produced mixed results in human studies and shouldn't be assumed to increase testosterone.
8. Fenugreek
May support libido or hormonal markers in certain formulations, but results depend on the extract and dosage used, neither of which is disclosed here.
9. Zinc
Contributes to normal hormonal and immune function. May be most helpful for men who don't already get enough through food or an existing supplement. Excessive zinc can cause problems.
10. Vitamin D3
Contributes to normal hormonal and immune function, similarly most useful for those who are actually deficient.
Who should talk to a doctor first
Anyone taking nitrates, ED medication (sildenafil, tadalafil), blood pressure or blood-thinning medication, or diabetes drugs should get medical clearance before use, given L-arginine's interaction profile. Anyone with heart disease, unstable blood pressure, a bleeding disorder, or thyroid, autoimmune, kidney or liver conditions should also consult a healthcare professional first.
